Access to our online 24/7 GP service. Video or phone appointments with GPs are available 24/7, and appointments with Advanced Nurse Practitioners are available 8am to 10pm. (Not available on child only plans, and appointments are subject to availability.)
Fast access to treatment at over 250 hospitals, within our directory, as well as thousands of specialists and practitioners.
Cancer cover is available if you choose this option – subject to your medical history.
24/7 health support line. If you have a question about your health, don’t wait and worry. Speak to one of our team of experienced health professionals, day and night.
Hospital accommodation for one parent while your child is in hospital receiving treatment that is covered on their membership.
